Returns

Short answer:  We do accept returns!  We want you to be completely happy with what you buy from us.  More details below:

Here are the conditions:

If you don't like the item or have changed your mind, you can send it back to us. You must contact us first before sending it back, and you must make contact within 14 days of the item being delivered to your address on file by us, as to get the process started in a timely manner.  The same goes for a product that comes damaged or misprinted, or if it is damaged during shipping - we'll make it right!  Important details for both below...

For Non-damaged returns: 

If you don't like the item, have changed your mind, or it doesn't fit, you can send it back to us.  Refunds are issued via the same form of payment that you initially paid for the item with.

  • You must contact us first at customercare@renegaderags.com
  • Within 14 days of getting your order
  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and/or unused
  • We will give you the address to send it to
  • You pay the shipping costs of getting it back to us, and we'll refund the original subtotal + tax for your order to you once we receive the item. 
  • We do not refund shipping costs for these returns, for either direction (initial order or return), as those services by the shipping company have already been fulfilled for a good item.  That is a consideration to contemplate for non-damaged returns.

For Damaged returns: 

If the product you received is damaged, misprinted, torn, or has any other defect or improper function from the factory or is damaged during shipping, you can send it back to us for a refund or replacement. 

  • Contact us first at customercare@renegaderags.com before sending it. 
  • We'll get the details from you and then give you the address to send it to. 
  • We'll receive the item, inspect it for the fault, and clear it for a refund
  • We'll give you a refund for the entire order, including shipping both ways.

***However, if you receive the item in good condition and then it gets damaged because of rough handling, stains, washing, drying, water damage, by dropping it, or anything else after you received it, we do not give refunds in those cases.
